The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel at any time.
Flexible – 14 days (General)
The guest can cancel free of charge until 14 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 50% of the total price if they cancel in the 14 days before arrival. If the guest doesn’t show up, they will be charged the total price of the reservation.
Cancellation exceptions
No fees charged for bookings cancelled within 24 hours of booking (Grace Period)
Date changes for non-refundable bookings
You allow guests to change dates on their own:
Once for their booking, 3 days or more before check-in
For the same or higher price as their original booking
